These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Islam-o-Deena mobile application ("the App") provided by AzAd Labs. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the App
Islam-o-Deena is an Islamic utility app for prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran reading, Adhkar, Ramadan tools, and related worship features. Content is provided for educational and devotional purposes. The App is not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship or local religious authority.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal worship and learning. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by law.
3. Accounts and sync
Sign-in is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. You may request account and sync data deletion by contacting support@azad.co.
4. Religious content disclaimer
Prayer calculations, fiqh-related settings, and educational articles are offered as aids. Methods and opinions may differ by region and school of thought. Verify important religious matters with trusted scholars and your local community.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes.
- Do not scrape, bulk download, or commercially exploit App content without permission.
6. Third-party services
The App may link to or use third-party services (e.g. Google Play, Firebase, Supabase, Quran audio hosts). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We strive for reliable prayer alerts and accurate calculations but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results in all conditions.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AzAd Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from reliance on App content, missed notifications, or device/OS limitations.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
